BotBash 2000 Discussion was tabled, since Bob Pitzer was absent.
A volunteer sheet was passed around for the Hamilton High event.

Status of membership pool on the webpage was discussed: we need more
people in it. Please email the web administrator if you have knowledge
or skills you are willing to share with the club!
501(c)3 paper work has been submitted. Should be done in a few weeks.
Steve and Bob volunteered to arrange monthly 'tech talks' at the
meetings. These will be presentations on specialized topics for the
members of the club. Should be good. If you have a subject you would
like to present, please contact
Steve Kimball with details.
We now have the 'parex.org' domain name registered. Should be up in
a few weeks.
Andy Michalicek gave a very good, informative talk about the FIRST
competition. He is a mentor for the Brophy/Xavier high school team,
which got a grant from NASA and has already received their 140
pound box of parts. The deadline for their robot to be done is
February 25th. They are competing in the regional competition being
held in San Jose, CA.

The Bot Bash '99 tape was shown. Everyone wants one now. Club members
can get them for $5.00 at the meetings, $7.50 through the mail; The
general public price is $15.00
Meetings are now being held at the RadioShack.com building at the
corner of Southern and Country Club in Mesa. Directions are posted
on the website.
